Actress Waheeda Rehman is an actress, who was mistaken to be born in Hyderabad. But actually, the actress was born in Chennai. She was discovered by Guru Dutt and was introduced to Hindi cinema. The actress started her career with the telugu film ‘Jayasimha’ and then was seen in the movie “ Rojulu Marayi”.

 

With her impeccable dancing skills, Waheeda Rehman was seen in the bollywood films which were in the led characters. Her dance in jewel thief, which was ‘ Aaj Phir Jeene Ki Tamannah hai’ was a super hit .

 

Actress Waheeda Rehman was seen in the roles, according to her age. After her entry into the age of 30’s she started to play sister and sister in law characters.
