Actress Vyjayanthimala is a well known actress who started her acting from the age of 5 years. She started to dance before a pop and earned her first break at the age of 15 years, through AVM movies- Vazhakai”. Then the actress was seen in the Hindi movie ‘Bahaar’ which was made in Hindi as well.
Actress Vyjayanthimala was famous for her kajal lit eyes, which were filled with expression. The actress was seen in Hindi, Telugu and Malayalam films as well. She was seen in Dev Anand film ‘Jewel Thief’ and then was seen in movies such as blockbuster movie “New Delhi”, Devdas and so on.
After marriage, actress Vyjayanthimala took break from acting and then was seen in politics, as she was a member of Lok Sabha . Then she was nominated to rajya sabha as well. With the help of co writer Jyoti sabarwal, actress Vyjayanthimala penned her auto biography in the year 2007.
