Last year, the media buzzed
with rumors that he will marry US based Telugu NRI, but still the
official
confirmation is awaited. Coming to his professional life, Sumanth has
signed a movie which will be directed by Indraganti Mohan Krishna and
will be produced by Ram Mohan of “ Ashta Chamma “ fame. This movie
is said to be a based on the book “The Men” which was a super success,
among the reading addicts. The story will also have the Cricket sport
as a highlight and Sumanth is said to play the role of a batsman,
representing
Hyderabad.
The title of Sumanth’s upcoming
movie is yet to be revealed, but the movie was launched a few days ago,
on a grand affair. Actress Swathi of “ Ashta Chamma” fame and 2008
Nandi award winner, will play the lead in this movie. This movie will
be made on the budget of Rs 9 crores.
Moreover, there is news that
this movie will feature Hyderabad IPL team stars in a cameo role. It
has been reported that, Radha Mohan, the producer is a good friend of
Deccan Charges owner Sudhakar Reddy and so the above said news may turn
into a fact soon. Radha on his director’s request, had talks with
Hyderabad players like Adam Glichrist, Laxman, Rohit Sharma, Andrew
Symmonds, Chaminda Vaas, RP Singh and Herschel Gibbs and a positive
response was signaled by the players.
The movie shooting is said
to start from June 15th and the whole Deccan Chargers Team
of Hyderabad, will be called in for a three day shooting in Hyderabad
and Vizag in the month of September. The movie release is slated
for a November 5th, 2010 release.
The remuneration factor, for
the cameo role is in discussions and so an official confirmation will
be made by Indraganti.
